An independent check on your freight costs and shipping plans.
We audit what you're already paying and plan what you haven't shipped yet — routes, carriers, customs classification, and contract terms, reviewed and put in writing. We handle no cargo and take no commission from carriers.
Three questions, about 30 seconds. No account, no call. We reply within one working day.
Which check do you actually need?
Three questions. You'll get a straight answer about which service fits, what we'd look at for your route, and what to send us.
We'll come back with a fixed price and a turnaround before any work starts. If we don't think we'd find anything worth the fee, we'll say so.
What lands in your inbox
Every job ends the same way — a short written report you can act on without us. Here's how one is laid out.
Our answer in one paragraph, at the top. What we found, what we'd do about it, and roughly what it's worth. If you read nothing else, you read this.
Your current costs set out line by line, from the documents you sent — so you can check we've read them correctly before trusting anything that follows.
Each issue with the amount attached and the evidence behind it: the comparison quotes we obtained, the tariff line we checked, the clause in your terms. Nothing asserted without a source.
Usually three, costed and compared, with the trade-off named for each — including the one we recommend. We tell you what it costs you, not only what it saves.
Named carriers or forwarders with their quotes and contact details. You approach them directly; we're not in the chain and take nothing from them.
Anything we couldn't verify with the information available, stated plainly so you know the limits of the answer.
Reports run to a few pages, not fifty. Ask and we'll send a fully worked example before you commit to anything.

How pricing works
We don't publish a rate card, because the work varies too much to make one honest. Here's what you can rely on instead.
Three steps, no meetings
Everything happens over email, on your schedule.
You send the details
Your quote or invoice, what the goods are, and roughly how much you ship.
We check
We get comparison quotes, verify your customs classification, and read the terms behind the price.
You get it in writing
What we found, what we'd do, and who to contact. You take it from there yourself.
Before you get in touch
Are you a freight forwarder or customs broker?
Why don't you publish prices?
What if you don't find anything?
Will my forwarder find out?
Do you work with small importers and online sellers?
What do you need from me to start?
Who are we?
Send us what you're paying now
A quote you've just received, or a recent invoice. We'll tell you what it would cost to look at properly — and whether we think it's worth doing.
Attach the quote or invoice — a PDF is the fastest way for us to give you a price. Tell us what the goods are, where they're coming from and roughly how often you ship. We reply within one working day, we don't add you to any list, and we don't pass your details to carriers.
